WAIKATO RIVER BOARD RATE NOTICE. NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the "River Boards Act, 1908," and the "Waikato River Board's Act, 1912," and all other Acts enabling it, the Waikato River Board intends at a Special Meeting of the Board to be held on SATURDAY, the 21st day of June, 1919, at 1.30 p.m., at the office of the Board, Mercer, to pass a resolution, intending to opoiate as a Special Order, striking and levying A GENERAL RATE, as follows : A Class landt—a rate of .Jd in the £ B Class lands—a rate of |d in the £ C Class lands-a rate of 3/16 din the£ And a Special Rate, as follows : A Class lands -Loan Account, ?d in the£ B Class lands— Loan Account, fd in thel C Class lands—Loan Account, 3/16 d in the £ Upon the capital value of all the rateable properties within the boundaries ofjthe Waikato River Board District for the period commencing on the Ist day of April, 1919, and i ending on the 31st day of March, 1920, such Rates to be due and payable to the Collector in one instalment at the office of the Board, Mercer, on and after the 31st July, 1919; also A Special Rate upon the capital values of all rateable properties in Roto Ngaro portion of the iVhangape sub-division within the boundaries of the Waikato River Board's District for the £BSO loan for lowering the Roto Ngaro Lake, as follows, A Class lands—ld in the £ B Class lands— id in the £ C Class in the £ And a Special Rate upon the capital values of all rateable properties in the Maungatawhiri subdivision within the Waikato River Board's District for the £SOO loan for clearing the Maungatawhiri Stream, as follows: A Class lands—ld in the £ B Class lands .}d in the £ C Class lands—id in the £ And a Special Rate upon the capital value of all rateable properties in the Maungatawhiri subdivision within the Waikato River Board's District for the £I,OOO loan for clearing the Maungatawhiri Stream, as follows: A Class lands—2d in the £ B Class lands - Id in the £ C Class lands— Ad in the £ Such Bates to be for the period commencing on the Ist day of April, 1919, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1920, and to be due and payable to the Collector in one instalment at the office of the Board, Mercer, on and after the 31st July, 1919.
