Meetinq of Executive Committee A meeting of the Exccu.ive Committee was held ia tho Society office on Saturday. About eleven were present, Mr Dynes Fulton was in the chair. A request was received ftom the Franklin Sub-Provincial area of the Farmers' Union asking for permission to use the ci nuiittee room for meetings. It was i.eoiled to grant thin and make a charge oi two shillings and six pence for e.-toh day tho room was uted. SECHETAIIUI. The Secretary reported that Inhad been asked to act as eorrespon i ing secretary of 'the Franklin Sub Provincial aiea of tho Farmer*' Union, his work being to keep the books, attend to the correspondence, take the minutes etc , but he w t.not to do any organising or pr-pi-gmida work. It was decided to el ise the books on 3lst May, and dm the date of the annual meeting left for the president and secretary to arrange. Messrs Koulston, I. airie J. \Vyh->, J. N. Massey, Bock, tt aucl Fuho-., were set up as a Kub-conuniiree to deal with the old whowgound. EXPERIMENT i'AKM Mr Sim introduced the desirability of having a State Experimental Farm in the lower Waikito Mr L.
