Except where special arrangements exist, the following discounts will be allowed 011 accounts due to "The Franklin Printing and Publishing Company, Limited." 5 per cent on accounts paid before the 20th of the month following date of order, or the 20th of the month in which the accounts are sent out. This applies to advertising and printing orders, but not to subscriptions, the booked rates for which are extra. in per cent discount on contract advertisements paid for one year or more in advance; 5 per cent for shorter terms. From the above, it will be seen that it pays to settle accounts promptly.
