The matter comes before the New Zealand Kacing Coufereniv, and it is here where the climax is reiuhed. AsBUming the Conference acquiesces, the application will couie before the Minister, and it is li irdly likely th it if the Conference recommends the permit, that the 11 m. gentleman will Veto it. Hopes are still taiued that the Club will be successful in its endeaveur.
