"TIMES" DISCOUNTS.
Except where special arrangements exist, the following discounts will be allowed on accounts due to " The Franklin Printing and Publishing Company, Limited." 5 per cent on accountsjpaid before the 20th of the month followdate of order, or the 20th Jof the month in which the accounts are sent out. This applies to advertising and priuting orders, but not to subscriptions, the booked rates for which are extra 10 per cent discount on contract advertisements paid for one year or more in advance; -5 per cont for shorter terms. From the above, it will be seen that it pays to settle accounts promptly.
