PUKEKOHE GOLF CLUB.
New Season. The annual general meeting of the Pukekohe Golf Club was held on lhursday, 13th March, and the opening day fixed for Saturday next. May '!rd. The following officers were elected for the coming season : —Pre»ident, Mr J. W Johns; Vice-president, Mr J. Roulston ; Captain, Mr W. P. Hopkins; Secretaiy, Mr H. C. Carpenter ; Treasurer, Mr H Bockett; Comruictee, Messrs Grigor, Bayly, and Russell. Considerable improvements are being carried out on the links, and the number of new members this season is gratifying to the Club. It is hoped that members and their triends will all "roll up" to-morrow. A mixed foursome match will be played, in which competitors will choose their own partners and opponents
