POTATO MANURES.
A Reliable Mixture. Wright, Stephenson's " Challenge " Brand.
For the coming potato season growers mav with confidence order Messrs Wright, Stephenson and Co's "Challenge" Brand potato manure as it has been proved to be a first-grade article which will yield early and full crops. The mixture is composed of only high grade ingredients and as the firm has extensively experimented to secure the best balance for results, growers may feel confidence that they are getting the benefit of experience. The manure was used in the Pukekohe district in the past season with a great deal of success, the crops being fuller and earlier than those gained by the use of boned ust alone. Every potato grower of experience knows that when using bonedust a good proportion of the manure is turned up again when the crop is being dri?. The manure then seen, if it had done its work properly, would be in the potatoes and not in tlio ground. The purpose of applying manuro is to grow the crop and not to turn up again when the crop is beinj? dug. This wellb ilanced mixture of Messrs Wright, Stephenson and Co. is designed to yield its plant food within the period of the growing crop and so give the fullest possible yield Actual expei ience in this district has proved the rr-anure to be eminently satisfactory and growers requiring manure may with confidence place orders for future deliveries with the district representative, Mr A J. Highway. Bjx 27, Tukc kohe, or telephone 33 These who have been disappointed in securing other manures can rely upon prompt delivery from Messrs Wright, Stephenson »nd Co.—Adv.
