EASTER HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS.
In order that our staff may secure the full advantage of the Easter holidays the usual issue of the "Times' wili be suspended on Tuesday, April 21st. Advertisers are also requested to note that the day of the second publication next week will bo Thursday, April 17th, instead of the following day (Good Friday).
