WAIUKU V. PUKEKOHE. A most enjoyable afternoon was the outcome of the return match between these Clubs, which was played on the Waiuku green yesterday afternoon, five rinks aside, when the Waiuku representatives were again victorious by the narrow margin of two points. The following are the scores, the Waiuku names being mentioned first Thrana, Eeid, H. King, Harris, '25; v Webster, Campbell-Smith, Bockett, Clarke, 18. Chalmers, Greenhead, Coady, Elmsly,.2B ; v Guest, Civil, Lawrie, D. Roulston, 30. Stone, Kidi, G. Williams, Christiansen. 25; v Fitness, Higginson, Armstrong, J. Roulston, 26. Tong,* Allen, Linwood, Fen wick, 20; v DdYsh, Pleydell, J. Adams, Keith, 40. Neil, A. King, Coote, M. Bani ball, 34: v Pollock, J. Blake, Dee, Gill, 14. At the conclusion of play, Mr C. Elmsley, President of the Waiuku Club, welcomed tho visitors, and expressed tho pleasure his members always felt in meeting Pukekohe, and hoped that further matches would be arranged. Mr Bockett, the Pukekohe President, thanked tho local players for the very pleasant time provided (especially a3 regarded the ducks), and oxtended his Club's wishes for future simila* gatherings. Hearty cheers for the respective sides, and for the ladies (who provided and dispensed afternoon tea), were given.
