NOTICE u hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Franklin Cognty Council held on Thursday the 10th day of October, 1918, the following resolution was pasted, and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary monthly meeting of the Council, to be held on Thursday the 19th day of December, 1918, at 9-30? a m. at the County Office, Hall Street, Pukekohe. RESOLUTION. In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 16 of "The Local Bodies' Loans Act, -1913" and with the the consent of the ratepayers of the Har-risville-Jericho Special Rating Area in the Franklin County, hereinafter described, testified by a petition signed by not less than threefourths of the ratepayers in the said special rating area, the capital values of whose properties as appearing in the valuation roll of the said County is collectively greater than the capital values of the properties of the ratepayers who did not so consent, the Franklin County Council hereby resolves, by way of Bpecial order, as follow.— _ For the purposes of (a) formation, metalling, and Taißing of bridge on the half chain road from the Drury-Tuakau Main Road towards Ruorback - £3OO and (b) formation and metalling on Jericho Road £100; the Franklin County Conucil hereby authorises the raising of a loan af Four hutdred pounds (£400) at 4} per centum per innum for a period of 86£ years aid declares that the cost of rfifling the said loan shall be payable out of the moneys so raised. \ 5 HARRIBVILLE - JERICfId SPECIAL RATING AREA I DESCRIPTION Of PROPERTY.
