BHAREMILKING DIBPUTE MAGISTRATE'S BULING UPSET Decision in favour of the plaintiff was given by Mr Janice Cooper at the Supreme Court yesterday in connection with a writ brought by Mr Joseph Henry (Mr Haddow), storekeeper, of Patumahoe, to restrain Mr James Devereaux (the late Mr McConnell), uharemilker, of Patumahoe, from proceeding further with a Magistrate's Court action. Some time ago Mr Devereaux claimed from Mr Henry in the Magistrate's Court at Pukekohe £SO on account of moneys received by him in connection with a sharemilking agreement, and askc d in the alternative, for accounts to be taken. Mr Henry paid into Court the amount claimed and costs. Subsequently Mr Devereaux moved to have his statement of claim aa endel so as to increase the amount to £95 The magistrate granted the amendment
