WAIUKU.
The influenza epidemic in Waiuku township and adjacent country district seems to have been arrested 'hanks to the prompt measures of a local Health Board. The Waiuku public hall his been converted into a temporary hospital and any serious cases from the township or district is treated there. Two deaths have taken place, viz , that of Mr Percy Townseud (Waiuku j and of Mr 0. W. Short (Kobe Kobe).
