The record of rainfall as registered at Bell Vue, Victoria Avenue, Waiuku, duiing September shows that ram fell on 17 days, the fall varying from a minimum of -10 to 78 inches and totalling 311 inches. The register for September in previous three years was: 1915, 416 inches; 1916, 2 29 inches; 1917, 5 84 inches.
