MANUREWA.
Twelve candidates have been nominated to fill the seven soits on the Manurewa Town Board, including the whole of the reMring members, viz., Messrs H. V. Bui ton, T. J. Oorin, 0 Coxhead, G Coxhead, C. H. Lupton, E 8. Pegler and F. W. Wood. Of the foregoing the four first named, with the addition of Mr T M. Pattullo, are running a progressive " ticket" with " Advance Manurewa "as their motto. Other candidates are Messrs E. J. Butterworth, W T. Cox, G Gallaher and G. Smith. Voting takes place next Wednesday with polling stations at the Manurewa Public Hall and at the Manukau County Council office in Auckland.
