CLEVEDON.

The Clevedon Agent for " the Times" is Mr W. H. Collett, from whom copies of the paper may be obtained. The Bed Cross Depot has received an appeal for 8,000 pneumonia jackets for the troops in Mesopotaima to be ready by the end of the current month. Clevedon is anxious to do its share in this good work and accordingly a sewing meeting of the Ladies Red Cross League and tha Girls of the Bandage Class was held in the Clevedon Public Hall last Saturday afternoon. A large number of ladies were present and they got through a fine lot of work, the Committee providing afternoon tea. Another meeting for making the jackets took place yesterday.
