PAPAKURA TOWN BOARD Public notice is hereby given that the Papakura Town Board, in pursuance of i»:8 powers under the Town Boards Act, 1908, and Amendment?, the Eating Act, 1908, and Amendments, and the Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909, and Amendments, and all other powers thereunto, intends on Monday, May 13th, 1918, to make and levy for the year which commenced on the Ist day of April, 1918, and ends on the 31st day of March, 1919 : 1. A General Eate of l}d in the £ 2. A Hospital and Charitable Aid Eate of 3-20ths of a Penny in the £ 3. A Special Eate of l-20ihsofa Penny in the £ upon the rateable value of all rateabl* properties appearing on the Valuation 801 l for the Papakura Town District -1. A Sanitary Fee for the removal of nightsoil at the rate of 22s (id per annum on each building that is or may hereafter be erected, excluding that portion of the Town District lying ei9t of Marne Bond and to the north of Bollet's Boad, thence in a straight line to the eastern boundary. The above mentioned rates to be payable iu one sum on the first day of July, 1918, at the office of the Papakura Town Board, Great South Eoad, Papakura. The Estimates upon which th rates above mentioned are being struck having heen approved by thtTown Board are open for inspection at the Board's office during office hours.
