TE KAUWHATA

A Farewell social and dance was given in honour of Privates P. K. Kodda and Thompson in the Schoolroom, Te Kauwhata on Thursday evening last. Occasion was taken to make a presentation to the guests. This was done by Mr A Napier who in a few well cbo-en words wished Private* Kodda and Thompson every good nick. The first named received a fountain pen and Private Thompson a safety razor. Mr H. S.
