HELPING THE RED GROSS Another gift Red Cross Afternoon and Evening to help to raise funds for the Bazaar which is to be held in the Bombay Hall on March 21st and 22nd next in aid of the Red Cross work was given by lira R H. Wootton at her residence, Portsmouth road, Bombay, on January 19th last. In the afternoon the attendance was large while in the evening the house was crowded. Bongs, recitations, euchre and other games, were the amusements and before leaving three cheers were accorded Mr and Mrs Wootten to which Mr Wootten responded, three cheers being then given for the boys at the front. Mrs Wootten has, by her efforts, added about £ll to the fund, £7 8s 3d being the amount in hand and gifts easily making up the balance.
