FRANKLIN A. & P. SOCIETY
At a plating of the Executive Committee of the Franklin A. and P. Society held on Friday evening last there were present Messrs Dynes Fulton (Chairman), J. N. Massey, D K, Hamilton, M. Ballard, W. J. X). Sharp and A P. Daysh with the s«retary (Mr J. M. Baxter). Letten were read by the Secretary from hose who had accepted the Society's iaviation to act as judges at the forthcoming Bhow in the following classer. Thoroughbred hacks and hunteis, Ayrshire cattle, Dairy section and Nsadtework (Home IndTe chief btiinees dealt with by the Executive were details in connection with the fhow and among other appointments tnftdi were: Chief herpo steward, Mr J- c ' cattle steward, Mr A. P ! gate stewards, Messrs J. Johns, *. Perkins, A. B. Barter, and J. Boulston with power to add; nail stewards, Messrs Mark Ballard and W J. D. Bharp. . With regard to the industrial exhibits as it was deemed neceeaary that all exhi.bits should be removed at a certain time and the hall closefl at 5 o'clock it was decided tot amend Claud* 9of the Rules and Kegulations to the effect that all the hall exhibits must be removed at 4 o'clock and the doors closed at 5 On the motion of Mt Massey jt was resolved that Mes«rs R f. Bollard, M.P., Djnes Fulton and J. M. Baxter (secretary) should-wait Upon the Railway Traffic Manager with ; » view to obtaining some better tram facilities in connection with tbe show.
