[To the Editob") Sir,- Once again the ancient world-wide 'Xmas Festival is at hand, a festival so thoroughly ingrained into the; heart that its anticipation alone has a calming influence upon every Christian ana as a natural sequence there follows the desire to give joy to all. More particularly is this desire extended to the children and so one and all make a supremo endeavour to welcome the arrival of Father Christmas at The Bookery, Pukekohe, where it is needless to say this ancient personage will be received in i a fitting manner next Fripay upon his arrival at 2 p.m, with a reappearance at 7 p.m. Father Christmas has also agreed to extend his visit to the afternoon and evening of Monday, the 24th inst., when a special display will take place and he has decided to present every child in attendance to welcome him at 7 p.m. on the Monday with a free gift. At the same time the great Bookery Emporium for the sale of Toys, Dolls, Books, etc., etc, will be open for free inspection by one and all, It is needless to quote prices because, as usual, they are below those of Auckland, Therefore visit I The Bookery Friday and Monday, the 21st and 24th inst, where you will get a square deal and more for your money than anywhere else, also a shake of the hand from Father Christmas.
