Since 1861, when it wai founded in Dunedin, Ihis firm has made steady and undisturbed progress and now takes rank as one of the biggest and strongest institutions of the country. The secret of this success lies in the high quality of the goods supplied to the fanner and the unremitting efforts made to advance his interests by the best possible service. Quality has been the watchword of the firm right through, No house in New Zealand has a higher reputation than Messrs Wright, Stephenson and Co, Ltd, for the care taken to supply only the very best possible grass and agricuti toral seeds. Quality in manures is aimed at as well as in seeds. " Challenge " Brand manure has now the biggest output of any manure in Otago and Southland. This position has been won because of the very great care and investigation devoted to the problem by the firm's experts. That experience has now been applied to the Auckland conditions and the famous "Challenge" brand mixtures adapted to meet the different « soil and climatic conditions. Owing to the proved quality of the firm's mixtures a big trade is confidently expected in all lines bearing the "Challenge" Brand trade mark. Full stocks are held in Auckland.
