Franklin County Council TRIENNIAL ELECTION TO THE RATEPAYERS OF DRURY RIDING Ladies and Gentlemen* - I beg to offer myself again as a candidate at the forthcoming election for the above riding to be held on the 14th November. In | that capacity 1 have been actively engaged in raising loans for the Town District and in the drafting of By-laws and I have frequently had occasion to visit Ministers of the Crown at Wellington in furtherance of the Board's projects, all of which, I would respectfully urge, ,has afforded me knowledge which could be used to your advantage. If honoured with your confidence I can assure you that I wowld strive to live up to my reputation of being a live and good worker and I would do my best to advance your interests in every possible way.
