The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Coy report : ()n Monday, at Pukckohe, we held a special dairy sale. Thoro was a large yarding, prices being on a par with late sales. Best dairy cows and heifers, £l3 10s to £T.). r >s; others, £9 to i' 12 15s; bulls, Sgns to 21gns. On Tuesday, at Pukekohe, we he! I our monthly store sale, when we had an extra large yarding. Competition was keen, and with few exceptions everything changed hands. We report a most successful sale. Grown steers, £ll 5s to £l<> lits: two to three-year steers, £ll lis to £11; ditto heifers, £5 10s to i's I*; empty cows and heifers, £7 los to £lls 2s (id; good calves, £-1 15s to £<i Gd ; others, £•'! to £ I 10i ; hr-ef sold at fully Westlieid prices, four very choice heifers averaged £'/0 2s lid, two bringing £2O 15s, which is a record for the district, lhe latter two were puuhased by Mr 11.
