BARTON'S CIRCUS.
New Tour Commenced. That popular and talented combination, known as Barton's Circus, has just commenced its annual tour and Papakura is to be visited to morrow (Wednesday), Patumahoe on Thursday, Pukekohe on Friday, Waiuku on Saturday, Tuakau on Monday next and Mercer on Tuesday next. Barton's Circus is not to be confused with other travelling companies as its artistes are all of firstclass rank and its equipment is of the best. It will be located in Pukekohe in Hall Street, opposite the Masonic Hall.
Buckjumpers, including the famous outlaw " Tornado," form a feature of the entertainment and the per-formers-,will include " Marguerite " (lady rider), Miss Mena Yal (stock whip cracker), " The Three Altons " (Chinese Acrobats), Miss .Ashton (lady gymnasl), Miss Yaldare (lady trick cyclist), etc. The performance is guaranteed to be of a wholesome and entertaining character and deserves to draw good audiences.
