The Year's Doings. The second annual geaeril meet* ing of shareholders of the Waikato Cheese Coy, Ltd., was held in Hamilton on Thursday, 30th August. In moving the adoption of the directors' report and balance sheet Mr Wm. Goodfellow, managing director, congratulated members on the Company's progress, and gave a brief Tesume of the past season's work. A dividend of eight per cent, was declared snd it was decided to piy a progress bonus of 2d lb on the year's supply at once. Mr Goodfellow stated that it was not expected all cheese now in store would be exported before'he end of October. Arrangements had been made for cold storage b cover the coming season's requirements. Messrs G*>. H*U (Hairini), Wm. Brown (East Tamaki), Richard Waltere (Aka Aka) and V Thirwell (Matama a), were re elected Directors. After a number of questions had been satisfactorily answered, the meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to the Mauaging Director.
