i Amendment of By-laws NOTICE is hereby given that at a special mooting of the Papakura Town Board held on Tuesday the 28th day of August, 1917, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Board to be held on MONDAY, the Ist day of October, 1917, at 10 a.m, at the olfices of the Board at Papakura. RESOLUTION In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the " Town Board's Act, 1908," and Part XLII of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," the Papakura Town Board in Special Meeting hereby by Special Order repeals By law No. 1 Part 3 of the Papakura Town Board By-law*, 1917, made and passed on Friday, 29th December, 191G, and confirmed on Monday, February *>th, 1917, and hereby makes and adopts, and approves by Special Order in its stuad the By-law following : —"No person shall bury, or cause or suffer orallow to be buiied, Nights-il within the Papakura Town Board's area uuless specially permitted by the Board, and then not within 33 feet of any road or any house or public building, or any building in which any person may be, or may be intended to be, employed in any manufacture, trade or business."
