EAST TAMAKI.

A most enjoyable social and dance was held in the Public Hall on Saturday evening last, when there was a crowded house. Songs were rendered by Mrs McArdle, Messrs Jock Gordon and Alan Smith, each receiving encores. Corporal Grierson gave several recitations which were very much appreciated. Dancing was kept up till midnight when a good supper was provided. Music was supplied by Messrs White and Murphy.
