NOTICE TO OUR HEADERS Owing to shortage of paper we have been reluctantly compelled to suspend the publication of our Friday's Supplement. The Supplement will, however, be again issued directly existing difficulties are overcome. Further, only regular subscribers can, in future, be supplied with copies of the paper and readers, if they have not already done so, must accordingly place their orders with us or with any of our agents. Casual copies of the paper will after this date no longer be obtainable.
