BOMBAY.
A very successful Red Cross entertainment was hf Id in the Bombay hall recently, organised by tho following ladies, viz, Mesdames Johns, E. Flay, Baluie, New nam and Misses McElroy and Balme. Mis F. L. Wright kindly supplied the dance music, while Mr G. Rogeis acted as M.C Songs were contributed by Miss Booth, Miss Beatrice Fletcher and Mrs E Flay, a duet by Rita and Glayds Flav, a musical trio by Miss R. McCowen. Mcssis D. Blake and Ramsey, a piano solo by Miss Watson, and recitations by Mrs Martin, Miss i'almo and lieta Flay Mi>s Doreen Brady pleased the audience with her darning of tho Irish Jig and Hornpipe. Tho largo sum of £;SO 1 :Js (id was raised and was thus a deserving reward to the ladies who woiked hard to make the gathering a success.
