NOTICE TO OUR READERS Owing to shortage of paper we shall be reluctantly compelled to suspend the publication of our Supplement after our issue of Friday next, July 27th. The Supplement will, however, be again issued directly existing difficulties are overcome. Further, only regular subscribers can, in future, bo supplied with copies of tho paper and roaders, if they have not already done so, must accordingly place their orders with us or with any of our agents. Casual copies of tho paper will after this date no longer bo obtainable.
