Pukekohe, on Thurpdny, the 2nd day of August. 1917. ai 30 a.m. to make and levy the following rates for the year commencing on the Ist day of April, l'.'l?, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1918: General Rates of One Penny Farthing (1' 4d) in the £on the Capital Value of all rateable propertv i.i the Drury Ri.ling, and Hunua Riding respectively. Genprnl Rates of One Penny (Id) in the £ on the Capital Value of all rateable property in the Awhitu Riding and Mercer Hiding (excluding Mercer Town District), respectively. General Rat«s of Three Farthings ( ! |d) in the £on the Capital Value of all rateable Droperty in the Mauku Riding, Pukekohe Riding (excluding Tuakau Town District), Waipipi Riding. and U'aiuku Riding respectively. A Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate, of One-eighth of a Penny (Hid) in the £ on the Capital Value of all rateable property in the County of Franklin The whole of the said rates to be due and payable in one instalment on the 31st day of August. 1917, at the Office of the Council, Hall Street, Pukekohe, to Alan Percival Day, the Council's Collector, or such other person as may be from time to time appointed to collect the same. The Valuation Rolls of the County are open for inspection at the office of the Council between the hours of 9.30 a ni ami 4 o'clock p.m. on all business days of the week except Saturday when they shall be open for inspection between the hours of 9.30 o'clock a.m. and 1?
