MANUREWA

The newly erected booking office and other buildings on Manurewa station are nearly completed and further improvements on the line between Manurewa and Wiri are still in progress, a large number of men being still busily engaged. The white painted gates at the station and the newly painted station buildings all serve to indicate that Manurewa is destined to be an important station on the line judging from the improved aspect of the station during the past few mon'hs.
