DAIRY SUPPLIERS' SOCIAL

A social re-union of suppliers and employees of the New Zealand Dairy Association was held in the Premier liall, Pukekohe, last Tuesday evening and was heartily enjoyed by the large company present. The first portion of the programme consisted of children's musical competitions, the awards for which were made by Mesdames Nixon and Roadley and Messrs W. T. Jones and Sanford. Tho winneis were as follows : Songs—Boys, 10 years to 15 yeai'3 : Cyril Maxwell ; girls, 10 to 15 : Annie McSheen ; boys, under 10 : 11. Long. RecitationsGirls, 10 to 15: Eva Brownlee; girls, under 10 : Jean Wilkinson ; boys, under 10 : R. Brownlee. Highland Fling: Gordon Fitness. Songs were rendered by Messrs T. Walker, Wheat ley and Sanford and r< i llations were given by Messrs J. A Blako Clevedon) and W. David-
