Manukau County Council SPECIAL ORDER Notice is her.-hy given that at a Special Meetin,- of tbe Manukau County Council held 011 Tuesday, 22nd May, 19:7, a resolution was carried: 'That on the petition presented to this Council by the majority of the Ratepayers resident in the Manurewa Road I istrict this Council resolves by way of Special Order that on and after July 20th, 1917, the said Manurewa Road District shall be merged in the County of Manukau and the Board thereof abolished." Auckland, 23rd May, 1917. 1826 Wairoa Road District NOTICE TO STRIKE RATE Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of 'he Wairoa Road Board, in accordance with Section 108 of the "Road Board's Act, 1908," the Rating Act, 1908, and all Amendments and Powers enabling thereto, at a meeting of the Board to be held on Monday, July 9th, 1917, at 12 noon, in the Board's Office, Public Hall, Clevedon, To make and levy a General Rate of Three Farthings m the £1 on the Capital Value of all Ratable property in the Wairoa Road District, the said rate to be for a period of 12 months commencing the Ist day of April 1917. and ending on the 31st day of March, 1918, to be due and payable in one sum on July 10th, 1917, to the Board's collector A, E.
