Messrs J. T. Stembridge and Co., on behalf of the Waikato Co-op. Dairy Coy, are to submit to public auction at 1 pm at Mercer on Thursday next lots 17 and 41, with cottages thereon. Also at 130 p.m. on Thursday the same firm will conduct a sale at the Post Office residence at Mercer of household furniture and effects on behalf of Mr Clifford, who is leaving for active service. Particulars of both sales will be found in our advertising columns.
