Manukau County Council. SPECIAL ORDER NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Manukau County Council held on TUESDAY. 17th April, 1917. A resolution was carried: "That the petition presented to this Council by the majority of the Ratepayers of the Turanga Road District, resolves by way of Special Order, that on and after May 31st, 1917, the said Turanga Rogd District shall be merged in the County of Manukau and the Board thereof abolished.'' The Special Order will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Council to be held in Auckland on Tuesday, 22nd May, 1917, at 10 30 a.m. Copy of the Special Order is open for inspection at the Council office during office hours.
