At yesterday's meeting of the Franklm County Council it was unanimously resolved to contribute the sum of £IOO to the Y.M.C.A.'s war appeal fund. All the members concurred in recognising the good work the Y.M.C.A. was doing and it was felt that as the contribution only represented sixpence per head of ratepayers the Council's action would meet with cordial public approval.
