A reminder is given of the children's demonstration to take place in the Premier Hall, Pukekohe, tomorrow (Wednesday) afternoon in celebration of the anniversary of Anzac Day. As from the 30th inst, during his absence at New Plymouth, Mr Fred. Souster's architect's practice in Pukekohe will be carried on by Mr John Eoutly and all correspondence addressed to Mr Souster at King's Chamber will bo duly attended to Special arrangements have bean made by the Lyceum management for the screening of the election resul's at the pictures to-morrow (Wednesday) evening. Successful candidates are also invited to appear on the stage and address the audience.
Pukekohe no longer enjoys the advantage of the down and up Main Trunk express trains stopping on Sundays, the call at Pukekohe having been cut out as part of t.'io Railway Department's revision of the time-table. The householders of Pukekohe will be glad to learn that the Borough Council has secured a site for a nightsoil depot and that as soon as the approval of the District Health Oilicer to the same have been secured night-soil removal will be resumed.
