Little Beryl, aged about ten, was no doubt a very pretty and intelligent youngster, but she had one fault—she was vain. ' •'Then." said Heryl. looking at him and then at her reflection in the mirror, "don't you think Xature ie turning out bettor work than she used to!'"'
