The New Time Table.
' The revised train service, to come into operation on Monday next in order to curtail use of coal, include several alterations in the Pukekohe time-table.
The 7.17 a m. from Auckland, due at Pukehohe at 9.13, will run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only. The 9.15 am. train from Auckland (Pukekohe 10.35 am.) will run daily subject to connections at Frankton being- made on alternate days with Thames and Botornare spectiyely. The 12.45 p.m. train (Pukekohe 3.45 p m.) will run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays ad far as Mercer. The 4.25 p.m. train (Pukekohe 6.29 p.m.) will run every day as far as Mercer but only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays will go on to Frankton. The existing 5 4*2 p.m. train from Auclo land will net run beyond -Papakura. .-On the down service-the 7.20 a.m , 9.1,5 am. and 3 3*pm. trains from . Pukekohe to Auckland will run every day, hut the present 12.46 p.m. and 6.5 p.m. trains will ba limited in running to Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
••■ In the suburban service there are also several reductions. The 542 pni. train from Auckland vrtll ba the last train of the day to serve Papakura, but the 6 22 p.m. train from Auckland will be continued to Papatoetoa. Papakura will have no connection with Auckland after a train at II a m. except on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, when the 1.22 p.m. and 6.46 p.m. trains will be running. Trains will, however, leave Papatoetoe at 5 p.m. and 6.31 pm, Otahuhu 5.10 p.m. and 6.40 p.m. daily for Auckland.
