[The Papatoetoe Agent for " The Times" is Mr W. J. Dilworth from whom copies of ' the paper may be obtained.] There was a large attendance of prospective buyers at the salerooms of Messrs Walker and Ooakley in Auckland on Tuesday, when the well-known Wyllie Park Estate, Papatoetoe, was offered. The bidding was very brisk, and sections were sold realising well over the reserve. The following are the prices realised: Lot 37, £215 per acre; lot 19, £210; lot 13, £216; lot 26, which consisted of 16 acres, £95 per acre. The amount realized at the sale was over £9OOO.
