RUSSIAN WOMEN ENGINEERS.
For many years the women of Russia have had full access to the medical and legal profession?, and the Russian woman Lawyer and woman doc tor bold high rank. The Russian medical training is notoriously strict, and women doctors from their colleges are in demand in all European countries. The Governmental opening of the technical professions to women is not only a tribute and a recognition of the excellent work which has been done by ti.eni in oilier professional lines, but t also strikingly portrays Russia's need for higlily-t-iaitied exports.
