MERCER.
At the sitting of the Auckland Military Service Hoard held at Hamilton yesterday, Mr James Jefferes Walker, farmer, of Mercer, who appeared before the Board on appeal, failed to substantiate his plea of undue hardship and religious objection, snd the appeal was accordingly dismissed.
