KARAKA
Mr J. Batty the genial chairman of the Karaka Road Board has disposed of his house and farm known as the New Homestead to aMr Hoult. The house which occupies a prominent position on the DruryWaiukuroad, is a commodious dwelling with suitable outbuildings in keeping with the well arranged farm of 223 acres. Mr Batty's friends will be glad to know that although he has sold the property he does not anticipate moving from the district.
