A dispute involving the alleged encroachment of Messrs Roulston Bros, butchery building in King street, Pukekohe, on the adjoining property owned by Mr R. Fulton andin the occupation of MessrsW. G. Shotbolt & Co., is down for hearing at the current sitting of the Auckland Supreme Court. The action is set out as follows, viz : Robert Fulton v. James Roulston and Dunqan Roulston, writ of injunction, £25 alleged damages, and moneys alleged to be due.
