A dispute involving the alleged encroachment of Messrs Roulston Bros, butchery building in King street, Pukekohe, on the adjoining property owned by Mr R. Fulton andin the occupation of MessrsW. G. Shotbolt & Co., is down for hearing at the current sitting of the Auckland Supreme Court. The action is set out as follows, viz : Robert Fulton v. James Roulston and Dunqan Roulston, writ of injunction, £25 alleged damages, and moneys alleged to be due.

Notice is hereby given that consequent un the works in progress the water supply will be suspended on Monday next, the 12th inst., between the hours of 4 a.m. and 12 (Noon) in the town area. Water will also not be available to consumers in the section of King street between the Post Office Corner and the Hotel until Tuesday at 5 p.m. except that water will be able to be secured from stand-pipes supplied by a temporary main to be laid along the footpath.
