Say, hut I bet its nice in there, So warm an' everything, An' when it conies to Christmas, I bet Santa Clans will bring An awful lot of presents, Dolls, and skates, and other toy?, In there if they has children Who is little girls an' boys. it's funny how he always seems To bring the. mots to those Who has a lot of money an' A lot of stylish elot'nes. You'd think he'd come to us who ain't (jot much of anything, An' clothes an' toys an' food an' stuff, Along with him he'd bring. Hut still he don't—perhaps 'tis best — He knows what we should get: Though now an' then a lot of us He seems to clean forget; I'll bet he don't forget I'hem kids In there, but brings Vm toys, An 'lots of things—'cause they is rich, Them little giris and boys! —James P.
