Lay the person chest downwards, with the head on one side, and slight-

ly raise the feet; dear the mouth and nostrils of mud and weeds, then kneel across the patient, place your hands on the lower part of the back, and press up and down sixteen times to the minute. Also rub the arms and legs towards the heart to restore circulation. This will be found quite effective.
