A Correction.
I TO THE EDITOR, j Sir,—ln your issue of the 14th inst, reporting a rifle shooting match between Maramarua and Maungatawhiri Valley two statements require correcting. Maungata whiri. not Maramarua as reported, won the match by two points, and this was the first (not one of several as incorrectly reported) match that has taken place between the districts named. Would you kindly make the above corrections. The report did not emanate from this district and knowing what good sports the Maramarua men are I am quite sure it did not come from that district.
