(See also page 1.) Anniversary celebrations in connection with the crowning of King Rata, some five or six years ago, are to be held at Mercer on Friday next. Already some 200 Maoris have arrived in the district, and it is expected that before the influx ceasen there will be a total of quite 1000 assembled.
