PATUMAHOE
Mr W. Howard, the proprietor of the well-known Fatuinahoe butchery business, paid the big price of £ 1 16s 8d per head for a pen of 60 shorn wethers at the Westtield fat stock sale on Weduesday and at Mr McFadden's clearing sale on Monday Mr HowtfffST purchased three pet lambs at n>\ less than £3 8s each. Needless to say all tho animals were in tho pink of condition and their acquisition by Mr Howard is testimony to the <|uality of the meat obtainable at his establishment.
